Return & Refund Policy
At NL1M, every product is made to order and carefully produced specifically for you. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European Union consumer law, customers located in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by email at hola@toniguerra.com within the 14-day period.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

The return request must be approved before sending the item back
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or damage

Items returned without prior authorization

Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, at our discretion, as store credit

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size or item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order.
Made-to-Order Disclaimer
All NL1M products are produced on demand once an order is placed.
For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review sizing information and product details before purchasing.
NL1M is not a try-on brand.
